We'll assess what's happening, clean it properly, and advise on whether you need a jewelry change, a downsize, or a different aftercare approach.

First jewelry changes are free for all piercings done at our studio. For piercings done elsewhere, we charge a small jewelry change fee and apply it toward any new jewelry purchased.
